📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders with custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated by our Sales Team.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Shipping method is selected at checkout, unless otherwise stated. Delivery time estimates will be shown based on your location and carrier availability.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local government.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or international carrier issues.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to embargoed countries.

  • Certain products (e.g., restricted gear or tactical items) may not be available for international delivery due to compliance regulations.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, email us at sales@stealthxindustries.biz within 7 days with photos and order details.

🛠 Custom Orders & Bulk Shipments

  • Large orders or custom items may have longer production and shipping timelines.

  • For bulk or military unit orders, please contact sales@stealthxindustries.biz for estimated lead times and freight options.

❗️Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed once shipped.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
