Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

1. Scope

This policy applies to all products purchased directly through Stealth X Industries LLC (online or from authorized partners). For third-party purchases, returns/refunds must be handled through the place of purchase unless otherwise approved by us.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team at sales@stealthxindustries.biz with your order number and reason for return.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including all accessories and documentation).

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of damage or excessive wear.

4. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via email at sales@stealthxindustries.biz within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us with the RMA clearly visible.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll notify you of the refund status within 5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error (e.g., wrong item).

  • In cases of defect/error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or cover return postage.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or our error.

  • If the return is denied (e.g. not in sellable condition), we’ll notify you and either deny the refund or offer to ship the item back at your expense.

7. Exchanges

  • We don’t offer traditional exchanges.

  • To receive a different item, customers must return the original product and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or neglect.

  • Final sale, clearance, or custom-made products (unless defective).

  • Digital products, downloads, or gift cards.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Please inspect your purchase upon receipt.

  • Report any defects, damage, or missing parts to us within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement, repair, or full refund.

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement—before shipping starts.

  • Once an item is shipped, the return policy above applies.
